The terms that apply when you purchase a Binnash software product or managed digital service.

1. The agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Binnash when you place an order. Bangladesh law applies, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh. You must provide accurate contact and setup information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Products and prepaid terms
Products are non-physical software or managed digital services. Each order covers the product, plan, prepaid term, features, and BDT price shown at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically. Continued service requires a new order or a separately agreed renewal.
3. Payment and activation
The displayed BDT amount is the final total charged by Binnash. Payment is processed on the hosted SSLCOMMERZ page; your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or account charges. An order is paid only after Binnash validates it with the provider. Risk-flagged payments may be held for review.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use a product for unlawful activity, abuse, unsolicited messaging, infringement, attacks, or conduct that harms Binnash, its infrastructure, providers, or other users. We may suspend affected access while investigating credible abuse or security risk.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to provide the described service with reasonable care. Internet services can experience maintenance, provider failures, and events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
