We collect the name, email, phone number, billing address, country, setup notes, policy consent record, order details, and limited payment metadata needed to operate and support your purchase. The hosted gateway handles card or payment credentials; Binnash does not collect full card details.

• Communicate activation details and service notices.
• Prevent fraud, investigate risk, comply with accounting and legal duties, and resolve disputes.
• Improve product and checkout reliability using consented analytics where enabled.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared only with service providers needed for payment, hosting, email, support, security, and legal compliance. SSLCOMMERZ receives the customer and transaction information required to process payment. We retain order and payment records for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes, then remove or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing [email protected]. Some transaction records must be retained where accounting, fraud, contractual, or legal duties require it.

Security and international buyers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Buyers outside Bangladesh understand that information may be processed in Bangladesh and by the payment and infrastructure providers involved in the order.
