When and how Binnash activates software products and managed digital services.

Delivery promise
Binnash activates or delivers a paid product within one business day after SSLCOMMERZ payment validation and receipt of any setup information required for that product.
What delivery means
Depending on the plan, delivery may be an account, licence, configured domain, mailbox, hosting environment, access instructions, or confirmation that a managed service has started. The product page and order snapshot identify the purchased term and features.
When the clock pauses
The fulfillment period begins only when payment is validated. It pauses while required customer details are missing, a risk review is open, unlawful or abusive use is suspected, or a third-party registration requires customer verification.
If delivery is delayed
We will contact you using the order email. If Binnash cannot deliver the purchased service, you may qualify for a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
